Q. How do we book a session with you?
A $200 deposit and a signed contract is due to reserve your date. the remaining balance is due 3 days before your session date. If your session is less than two weeks of the requested date, the full amount is required to book.
Q. what if my family is larger than 5 members?
a custom quote can be provided for families larger than 5 members. please inquire for a custom quote and provide as many details as possible (i.e. are you looking for a lifestyle session or will this be more like a family reunion). the mini session is not recommended for any families with a newborn baby.
Q. WHAT TIME OF THE DAY IS BEST FOR PORTRAITS?
FOR NATURAL LIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY OUTDOORS, THE BEST TIME OF THE DAY IS AN HOUR AFTER SUNRISE OR A COUPLE HOURS BEFORE SUNSET, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE 'GOLDEN HOUR.' SHOOTING AT THIS TIME OF THE DAY WILL ELIMINATE THE HARSH SHADOWS OF THE SUN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SESSIONS BE DONE AROUND THIS TIME.
q. how many images will we get?
A FULL SESSION INCLUDES ANYWHERE BETWEEN 40-60 EDITED IMAGES. MINI SESSIONS INCLUDE 15 EDITED IMAGES. for the mini session, you select your unedited images before it goes into the post-production phase. additional images may be purchased for an additional fee. all images are delivered through an online gallery. sessions do not include a USB disk or any prints. prints may be purchased separately through the online gallery.
q. will you assist in the location of our session?
I LOVE ASSISTING IN LOCATIONS AND HAVE RECOMMENDATIONS BASED ON YOUR UNIQUE PREFERENCES. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT LOCATIONS THAT REQUIRE UP TO ONE HOUR OF DRIVE TIME WILL INCUR A $35 TRAVEL FEE.

for families wanting guidance on wardrobe, i am here to assist and will be happy to create a custom color palette for you.
q. how do you handle super energetic kids?
LITTLE ONES SHOULD ALWAYS GET THEIR NAP TIME IN BEFORE ARRIVING TO THE SESSION. IT IS ALSO HELPFUL FOR PARENTS TO KEEP IN MIND THAT CHILDREN TEND TO LISTEN TO OTHER ADULTS MUCH BETTER THAN THEIR OWN PARENTS WHEN OUT IN PUBLIC. WITH A PHOTOJOURNALISTIC APPROACH TO DOCUMENTING YOUR FAMILY, MY GOAL IS TO CAPTURE AUTHENTIC MOMENTS AND I DO THIS BY ALLOWING EACH INDIVIDUAL TO BE HIS OR HERSELF. I’M HERE TO GUIDE AND DIRECT EVERYONE. TRUST THAT I WILL CAPTURE THE ESSENCE OF YOUR UNIQUE FAMILY.
q. what if our session goes over the time?
FOR EVERY 15 MINUTES (applies to mini sessions only) OVER THE ALLOCATED SESSION TIME, A RATE OF $70 WILL BE APPLIED AND INVOICED TO YOU.
q. when will we get our images?
THE COMPLETED GALLERY WILL BE READY WITHIN 3-4 WEEKS OF YOUR SESSION DATE.
q. WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY ONLINE GALLERY?
you'll have access to your online gallery for up to one year. all digital files can be downloaded from your gallery and sharing is made easy by simply sending a link to friends and family. once your gallery goes into archive, there is a fee to restore the gallery.
