My nephew doesn’t stay still but I mean, most toddlers don’t. It can be challenging chasing this little guy around so I thought it would be a good idea to have a family day at the lake and fit in an actual lifestyle portrait session.
In order to get this energizer bunny to cooperate we had to let him play (and wear himself out) in the lake. Did he tire out? NOPE. But I still had a lot of fun going behind him snapping away. I love seeing his independent curious personality, even if it means a lot of my film frames are duplicates lol.
I never pass an opportunity to get my Jordan with his cousins and I consider myself lucky when Jordan obliges peacefully. Who has teenagers? Cause I know y’all can relate when it comes to trying to get your teen to take a photo! I’m always thankful when Jordan gets in front of the camera cause this kid/teen of mind is becoming such a young adult.
When I look at these photos I just think my nephews are the cutest ever! And then I think back on how the session really unfolded and I’m already tired all over again! Nap time is calling my name lol. This little munchkin name Princeton made we WORK! But he’s absolutely adorable and melts my heart. Love this photo of Princeton, Paxtin and their mama Phet. Fort Yargo was the perfect choice and I love spending time outdoor anyway!
