I’m welcoming Spring by putting together a blog post that consists of two different shoots that both beckon the season with its soft pastel hues. I was inspired by another friend’s post where she put together her travel photos alongside an editorial project that she photographed. I thought this was such a neat idea. I love when I have the chance to photograph personal projects but at times the projects are not always on the grand scale where multiple vendors are involved. It’s more low key but still full of creative fun.
I swoon over these romantic colors done by the talented Ginger Rose Flowers. The way she sprinkled in soft baby blues makes me think of Beauty and The Beast. The centerpiece is definitely a Tale As Old As Time inspiration and I’m all for it.
Mrs. Potter would be proud of the dishes set for the table personally curated by Vintage English Teacup herself. Her rental service includes a wide variety of antiques that will be sure to dazzle guests when they arrive for their meal.
The beautiful wedding gown show here is by Shop BabyDoll. Modeled by the lovely Amy with makeup and hair by Brenner Beauty. Even though this was two completely different shoots, when put together as a story, it definitely feels like it was the same. I’m ready for Spring and all it’s beautiful blooms that signify new beginnings. I’ve got some wildflowers I plan to toss and scatter in my backyard. Ah, the Spring to do list. And that’s another gesture that Spring is coming. Spring is certainly about new beginnings, a fresh start, and a good to do list!
