Cozy Indoor Family Session | Atlanta Film Photographer

Earlier on this year I had the opportunity to spend some time with The Kong family in their lovely Atlanta home. You’ll recognize this crew from Shalom’s family session because Esther and Shalom are sisters in law. 

Before I share how fun it was getting to photograph this family, can we just take a minute to bask in Esther’s beauty? I just think Esther is such a lovely lady and on the several occasions that I’ve been able to photograph her she is always glowing. On our first meet I commented that she (both her and Shalom) looked amazing for having had baby number 2 and being under one years old. She giggled and said, “It was a lot of work.” I’m not say that it wasn’t a lot of work but Esther made it seem as though she didn’t need to try. She’s a splendidly posh gal!

So much cuteness in one session! I can’t even handle it. Lexi and Maxwell are total cutie pies and I loved hanging out with them. There were a couple times we had to take few minutes of down time but can you really say you took family photos if there wasn’t at least one time out for down time lol? Lexi is my role model y’all. I love her strong will and this little chic knows exactly what she wants. I love that spirit in her. She really wanted to draw with her chalk crayon and all she wanted was just a few minutes of it lol. What I’m learning from photographing more families (cause hello, former wedding photographer here) is that you have to just let the kids do their own thing.

Had to take a sweet photo of Mr. and Mrs. If I had to pick a song for them to serenade to, it’d be La Vie En Rose. Can you just picture it friends? What a lovely couple.
